If I was rating the doctor, my rating would be higher. Dr. Gradzka loves to talk and according to the office manager, it seems she has no sense of time or respect for time. She will make you wait, sometimes over an hour, and what's worse is that the staff doesn't acknowledge you. I had to reschedule my appointment after waiting an hour. I was not happy of course because time is not a luxury in my life. When I came in next, they threatened to terminate me as a patient because I "yelled" at the receptionist. If anything, I was expecting an apology for wasting my time and for being completely unprofessional. The fact is, is that I didn't yell at anybody. I am almost 40 years old and at that moment I felt like I was back in elementary school. They don't take responsibility for their shortcomings and degrade the patient if they have any expectations. I have only seen the doctor twice, she seems nice enough and knowledgable. But she goes off on tangents, talks about things that are irrelevant, and doesn't let you say much.
