I can't understand why anyone would say that providing horrible customer service is a way to "weed" through potential renters. Are they trying to chase away competent people who ask to be treated like a human being and not a stray dog? This company was a complete waste of our time. From the person answering the phone to the "agent" who showed us the property every single employee was more rude than the next. The properties were in disgusting condition, dirty and very run down. I can't believe this place can even stay in business. Run away as fast as you can. There are way better prperty managers in SCV.
