literally they have a snake problem on their grounds. this place is not worth the money, your rent goes up every renewal $50.00+ dont forget you pay the water bill, that also increases ever month 80.00 for 2 people when i moved out. new managers every year. dont expect to get you deposit back, expect to pay even more at this place when you move out. not worth it unless you want to continue moving every year.
