Review content:
We ended up purchasing a 2013 F-150 truck & we are very happy with the purchase.\r
We dealt with Kyle Domangue (Product Specialist) who did a very good job, he was very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle and made the choice of vehicle an easy one.\r
I did not appreciate the fact that he had to go back & forth with offer/counter offer 4 times before we could finally agree on a price, this is a wasteful process that we did not enjoy at all.\r
After that, the waiting around to finalize the purchase took way too long. When it came to seeing the ""finance guy"" & signing the sale agreement, we caught the fact that the price on the document was $1500 higher than we'd agreed to, this left us with a very ""sour taste"" that if we had not caught this ""mistake"" we would be committed to a contract that was over priced and probably wouldn't have any recourse. Hopefully this was a genuine mistake but we were so worn down from waiting around we could have easily missed it!
