Review content:
While I was on a business trip in California, I received a call that my daughter had been in an accident. After she sent photos, I quickly realized we would need a mechanical shop more than a body shop. Since I wasn't there to help my daughter in her time of need, I immediately thought of Chris at the Val Vista facility. We had developed a relationship with Chris years ago and he always made us feel like he was a friend and could be counted on. I was not disappointed. I told my daughter to have her car towed to Desert Car Care, then called Chris to give him a heads up. He told me not to worry and that he would take care of everything. As it turns out, the damage wasn't too serious....a front end alignment was a majority of it, but he went above that and straightened her hood latch, rotated her tires and popped back some body panels into place at no charge. He also noticed a noise in the engine (I had heard it before I left and was going to look into when I returned from my trip) and diagnosed it as the water pump going out. He had everything fixed within a day and had my 19 year old daughter safely back on the road. It meant so much to know that there was someone I could call to help take care of my daughters emergency in my absence. Thumbs up to Chris and the gang. It is businesses and people like this that helps give Gilbert that home town feeling and make it such a nice place to live.
Thanks guys,
Dan
