Also, you can usually find coupons for shammy man in your local valuepak coupons or even online, so with coupon you can get a full vacuum and wash and dry for $5 - which is cheaper than if you do it yourself in most cases, and looks a lot better and you don't have to scorch yourself in the heat.

I can't say enough about this location! I've been a lifelong customer of Discount Tire and have always been satisfied and happy with my service, but the gentlemen at this location went SO FAR above and beyond anything they reasonably could have been expected to do for me - even stayed until nearly 8pm to do a FREE WARRANTY REPAIR. For the best customer experience of your life, go to this location. I drive in 16 miles from Queen Creek to this specific location and can't say how much I appreciate their attention to detail, kind and quick customer service, and thoughtfulness.
Pros: No "b.s." warranty coverage, fast service, best customer service I've ever seen.

This is one of the few Discount Tire Companies I have been to and actually had wonderful services at!
They are very time efficient and will get you in and out quickly. The management is very good and the facility has never been less than perfect when I've showed up.
Also, ladies, if you're sick of being taken advantage of when going to places like this to get auto work done, this location is perfect for you. I have never once felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need.

We have taken our Honda Civic to the Honda Service Center of Gilbert a few times. We received excellent service on each occasion. We have been satisifed with all the services they have performed. We have had our brakes replaced, oil changed and fluids checked. Definitely a place we would go back to and recommend to others for auto maintenance.

I have always felt like I received honest opinions and good service from Purcell Tire in Gilbert. The prices also seem reasonable and they have your car ready at the time they specify.
Occasionally, there are coupons that you can find to make it even a better deal.
I would definitely recommend this auto repair shop to others.

I took my car in to have some engine work done covered by the warranty. The work was done just prior to my car exceeding the warranty mileage.
However, no more the 100 miles over the warranty my engine malfunctions again. Since it was over the warranty I was not sure if they would help me, but since I just took it in for engine work then the new work should be covered since I was still within the 1 year, 5,000 mile warranty. Apparently the new damage was because when my engine belt broke previously it knocked a few things around and my pulley was now broken. So I figured that because it was a problem that I took it in for prior to the warranty that the warranty should still cover the damage. Wrong. They wouldn't cover any of the new damage since the part checked out when the vehicle had left the shop 800 miles earlier. They had no way of know that the part was bad then and now my warranty had expired. Apparently the part itself only cost $100 and they could have replaced it when the did the work earlier for the cost of the part, but no one ever explained to me that this was an option or even recommend this to me.
WORD OF ADVICE, if you every have a timing belt break then replace the pulleys in the engine as well. The $100 cost then is much better then the $2000 cost later. Oh... and don't trust Kia's warranty. Apparently after researching this with other Kia dealers, this practice is standard.
PROS: cheap cars
CONS: Cheap cars! and warranties that have fine print.
