I was always pleased with West Park UNTIL my dog had a visit with Dr. Borys. My dog is clearly allergic to fleas. He looked at him and said he doesn't have fleas (didn't bother to comb) gave him antibiotics which did not help. I was then sold Frontline. Which I could not afford. Didn't matter. I called to explain the antibiotics didn't work and that I felt like I wasted my money, he told me that I needed stop saying "I wasted my money" which I really felt like I did. Told me not to treat my yard for fleas but instead buy FRONTLINE. He was very rude and arrogant on the phone.
