Excellent attorney. I strongly recommend this law firm and the attorney Kenji Berliner to any business owner. He has helped me tremendously in setting up my business. Great advice. Much better than other attorneys and professionals that I used in the past. He has saved me much money and also provided legal advice which has generated sales for me. And very knowledgeable in tax law. Most importantly, his legal fees are very reasonable. He does not upsell and he warns against doing things that would cost in legal fees but would not benefit my company really. Kenji is very honest and hard working! (From a mall shop owner)
