I too had a bad experience at this location. I had my tires rotated which then caused my steering wheel to shake. I went back and they found a bent rim which I paid to fix. As I drove home, the problem was still there.\r
I went back and this time they balanced the tires. This STILL did not fix this problem. I was told this could be caused by a variety of problems, handed my keys, and that was that. \r
I took my car to my regular mechanic who found ANOTHER bent rim. How did they miss the second bent rim? Or was I just screwed out of $250 to fix something that wasn't actually fixed? I will NEVER go back.
