We had gotten a necklace appraised there and the turn around time was fast. The appraisal was very detailed and even laminated.
They do examine your wedding rings ect when you are there & they noticed my stone was starting to come loose and I promptly had it repaired before the stone was lost.
The sales person on another occasion had asked us when we were getting married & told us to keep the sku's of the rings we liked because they were going to have a sale a month before we were getting married & we could save some big $ by waiting.
