Courteous service in the truck rental department but just be careful to pay attention to your P's and Q's and cross your T's. Otherwise, you may find yourself paying more than expected. They will charge you a full hour extra if you're late. If you are a minute over the next hour, another full hour will be charged $19.95 for each hour. Make sure you return the vehicle well within the hour to allow yourself enough time to check the vehicle in and get your mileage posted into their computers. In other words, it's not the time you bring the vehicle back, it's the time they get around to checking you in. So do your best to avoid any unpleasant surprises. You will not have much success justifying your case. All in all it was as good as any other this type establishment and perhaps a little better deal on mileage rate but then again their daily rate is higher so it works out pretty even.
