Not Happy! I signed on to CitySearch just to write this review. Mike, the owner, came out to quote us for our move from Downingtown to Glenmoore. He was very nice and professional. On moving day, I think they sent me the ""B"" squad. A hole was put into wall near my staircase with a treadmill after I told the movers to use the back door and that it wouldn't fit up the stairs. There were also several scratches in the hardwood floors in the hallway and in a bedroom. The one in the bedroom looks like they took my dresser and just dragged it across the room. The movers didn't tell me about these scratches, but when confronted after I saw them they said ""oh yeah, we know. We'll just put them on the paperwork"". They also dismantled my screen door and never put it back together before they left. And to top it off, they left a window open (that didn't have a screen in it) when I have two cats that easily could've escaped. We also discovered scratches in our dining table that weren't there before, bur didn't notice until the movers left. When I called the company, they said I would have get a free estimate and send them a claim form. One month later, I am still waiting to hear about my claim. I am also EXTREMELY disappointed that NOBODY apologized once for the damage done to my house. I expected a phone call from the owner so I could tell him what happened, but it doesn't seem like anyone at the company cares. If i wanted to put holes in walls and scratch floors and furniture, I would've moved myself. Do yourself a favor and go with another company.
