Review content:
Pleasant place. Quick with repairs. Feel comfortable outside alone after dark. Reasonably quiet. Would recommend to a friend.
I see in other reviews that people complain about not being warned about service interruptions (such as water being turned off for maintenance), but we always have received prior written notice when these are necessary. Some of the staff might be a bit unpleasant to deal with, but we rarely have any reason to interact with them. Rent payment and maintenance requests are available online. Maintenance always announces themselves and waits for a reply before entering.
