Review content:
Went to NTB to get in on a deal for 4 new tires and a free alignment. When I was driving the car back home, I noticed that the car seemed to drift. I called the store several times to complain that the alignment was off, but they refuse to admit blame. I wrote a letter to the district office and I was compensated with 3 free wheel alignments. So, my local service was very poor, but I was compensated. I would stay away if you are not looking for trouble or a hassle. I have purchased tires at Walmart since then with no problems.
