Businiess name:  Loop Pizza Grill
Review by:  Frederick W.
Review content:
We went out last night to The Loop for our first taste of their thin-crust pizza. I liked the interior of this place very much - rather cool and funky but also extremely clean. We ordered three different pizzas to try: a standard Marguerita (tomato and basil), a sausage and goat cheese, and a Cilantro Chicken. By far, my favorite was the sausage and goat cheese - the sausage was spicy and finely ground and the goat cheese was rich and flavorful. All three pizzas shared one small flaw: the thin crusts were rather doughly instead of being crispy with a chewy center. I suspect they are baked at lower temperatures than a true thin crust requires. But aside from that, I give this place a thumbs-up! Everything we tried tasted fresh and was very reasonably priced.
