I can't say enough they always have my dogs ready on time or b4 they promise and they always look neat and smell CLEAN.we have 2 labs that shed like crazy they recommended furminator on them and the younger had a reaction.when i discussed this with the groomers they were very curtious and explained what the reaction was and offered other alternatives they genuinely had concern for the dogs sensitivity to the shampoo.\r
They also made note of this on the dogs card so every time the dogs go for a cleaning everyone who grooms them is aware of it.Thanks artistic for caring....
