My hairstylist is at Kimberley's so I have been there many times. Besides having my hair cut, I have also had pedicures, manicures, and facials.
Every service I've had has been a wonderful experience and I truly leave there feeling wonderful. I would have given 5 stars but I just feel as though the front desk needs some work. I have waited ten minutes at time to check-out and I find this very annoying. Not only to check-out but when I call to make an appointment I've been placed on hold for several minutes. I think when businesses grow to become so popular and busy they tend to lose track of the important things. Let's hope Kimberley's is different.
The building itself is a work of art and is absolutely beautiful.
