Review content:
I needed to board my bulldog for two days. The facility is okay, but staff is unpleasant. The woman who took my dog back to his kennel area was indifferent, while the woman who handled the paperwork was unhelpful and rude. They operate on a 24hr clock (""like a hotel"" I was told). The check in time was 12pm. I dropped of my bulldog at 1pm, and picked him up two days later at 1pm. Guess what, the charge was for 3 days because I picked him up at 1pm, an hour after 12pm. On the plus side, the facility is clean and secure, but there are alot of better choices than this customer service challenged facility
