I brought in a pair of stiletto boots to have the heels replaced as they were worn to the nub. \r Well I walked in around 11:45 a.m. and the guy behind the counter said it could take him five minutes and asked if I wanted to wait. I was so shocked (in disbelief) that he told me it would only take 5 minutes, that I just said ""oh that's ok, I'll drop back in this afternoon around 3pm."" So I left and when I came back at 3:55 I was expecting to be able to pick up my boots, pay and walk out the door. Not so fast. When I came back they were not done and were still sitting on the the ""to do "" shelf. The guy behind the counter didn't even recognize me and told me they were ""almost done"" and had me wait so he could finish them. Hmm....over 3 hours later and he still did not have them done....?? Anyway he got the job done and they look great but I'm a little dissatisfied with the 'service'. Each to their own I guess. My only suggestion is if you need something quickly done, wait the five minutes and get out of there. Pros: got the job done Cons: bad customer service
