I do not recommend going to Car Stereo One for equipment or for service. The technicians do not know what they are doing and they are not out to please the customer. While I was in there getting the initial installation done on my car a guy was in complaining about having sound issues since Car Stereo one installed a new radio. He argued with the employees for a few minutes and then left. Before he left he suggested to others in the store to leave and not buy anything - I should have listened. I have had to take my car back a few times to get service done since they mess up a different part each time. Everytime I am in the store I hear another unhappy customer complaining of similar issues. Bottom line is that if they install anything in your car, you will have sound issues! \r

In the end, they will tell you that they have done everything possible and that it is now up to you to fix. Good luck with that, unless of course you are one of the fortunate few who can install your own equipment (in which case you wouldn't go to Car Stero One in the first place). Take my advice and do not even walk through the door of any Car Stereo One store.
Pros: None.
Cons: Technicians are not skilled. If they fix one thing they mess up another - thats the only guarantee with the store.
