Review content:
Screen door repair-POOR Quality and slow service. Facts: 1) Dropped off sliding screen for repair on 5/12, it was promised in two weeks, it took 3 weeks and 5 days (they called on 6/6 and said it was ready) 2) Upon pick up one wheel was jammed and not rotating, this was a quick fix by owner/manager? 3) Then noticed a damaged area in screen due to poor quality control. Owner or manager said they would repair but I would have to leave it. I decided to take it as it was as they had already had my door a month and at todays gas prices it was not worth another trip in my truck to drive 35 miles from NKY to pick it back up. Owner or manger offered me 10 dollars for my trouble. Wow, all I wanted was a working screen door not 10 bucks. I took that as an insult, and declined his rude offer!\r

Opinion: If you only need window or screen parts this is probably the place to go. But if you are looking for timely and quality service on your screens or windows you may want to look else where.
