Just moved to midtown and been doing some GYM shopping in the area.. Looked at Equinox, Club H, NYSPC and quite a few other's...But happen to pass by GOLD's GYM on 54st and WOW...what a totally different VIBE....They had FUnky Music and it seemed to have a different energy about the place..I couldn't Believe the Amount of Classes they had to offer..Everything from Pilates, Yoga, boot camp, ab assault and couldn't believe it was all included..The last gym you had to pay extra for classes...Great stuff...They really had some great membership options but I wanted to get more into personal training so the option I choose gave me a free membership because I had purchased a package of personal training...,Anyway don't want to ramble to much but just wanted to say it's great to find a gym that makes you feel at home and welcomed....U rock Gold's Midtown...
