I went to this salon for a hair cut and highlights last week. I asked for a hair specialist who has experience working with dark hair that have been dyed before. Girl who worked on my hair said that that color she is using on my hair will work even though I had dark hair. when the girl washed my hair, the scalp and the roots were the only things that showed the highlights. Since I was from out of town and was leaving the town next day, I asked for a refund. Instead of being apologetic for ruining my hair, the manager talked to me in a rude tone and hung up on me. \r

I wouldn't recommend this place to even my enemies. \r

I checked some of the reviews on yahoo after this bad experience. I wish I had checked those reviews before because other people had the same experience. \r
