My vehicle was towed on a Friday 4pm by Bills Towing Svc. authorized by MVPD. I was at work when my wife informed me of what happened. I called this Bills Towing trying to get my vehicle out fast so the charges would not be high. The dispatcher said that the office was closed and I would have to pay $85. afterhours or weekend fee, $50 day fee, and $175. towing charge. Total $310 She suggested to go ahead and wait until Monday to get it out $150 for 3 days plus $175 would be $325 a $15 more to wait to not stress out because I was off work at 11 pm anyways. I agreed and come Monday I had to pay MVPD $50 for releasing authorizing papers, I went to Bills Towing and found out I would be charged for Monday as well and not to mention I was there a 30 minutes after they opened Total $375. I explained my conversation from Friday I had with the dispatcher and the guy -owner or whatever he was behind the desk (unkept unshaven) Both were unmoved and uncaring. ""Nothing much I can do was his reply."" I just had it- I paid my fine in cash and left. I will tell everyone what a sad experience I had with this company. Do not do business with them- they're liars! I hope they get audited.
