My husband took me to Armani's last year for my birthday. The view was wonderful, as was the food. The problem came when an oblivious waiter spilled soup all over my husbands suit. We were not finished with our meal so he had to sit in ""wet"" clothes. A meager apology from the manager, the dry cleaning bill paid, but that was it...no follow up phone calls, nothing. We had rented a limo for an evening on the town, but instead had to call the evening short. If this is how Armanis treats their guests, I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
