Review content:
When I pulled up, I asked for the $19.95 Gold wash. The man I talked to asked me if I wanted an interior or exterior vinyl coating, and I said interior. I also told him that I had some trash in the back seat (empty water bottles and wrappers; OBVIOUS trash), and asked if I needed to throw it away myself, or if they would do it. He said no problem, they would throw away. As I went to sit inside to wait, a man ran up to me and asked me if I was aware of the large chip in my windshield. As I had just had my windshield replced about 5 months ago, I became suspicious. I asked him to please show me the chip and he pointed to a tiny little spot on my window and started his whole spiel on how it would eventually turn into a big crak blah blah blah. He said it would be no cost to me, and that my insurance would cover it. I reached over and began picking at the ""chip,"" and lo and behold it came OFF. It was insect guts, and he tried to make it seem like a chip! He had nothing to say after that. As I sat inside and waited for my car, I saw three people ushered in and scammed by the windshield people (called American Auto Glass). They would actually call the insurance company of the person, tell them what service was going to be done to the car, and then hand over the phone to the person for them to give their approval. To top it all off, no one announced that my car was done, so I just sat there waiting for over 1/2 an hour. I finally got up and went outside, and my car is just sitting in the lot waiting. It took them another 5 minutes to figure out where my keys were. When I got in my car, all the trash was still in the back seat just as I had left it! There definitely wasn't any ""interior vinyl coating"" used and the interior was not fully cleaned. They didn't clean uder my seat AT ALL. BUYER BEWARE. Google windshield scams and you will see that this place is a total rip off! Pros: Near my house Cons: Lazy car washers, unfriendly service, windshield scammers
