Review content:
I had used this moving company for a previous move less than a year earlier. Had a great experience with packers and movers. This time only using the packers as moving items out of state. Requested the SAME PACKING CREW and was quite SPECIFIC about this as i have had many bad experiences with packers. On appointed day 2 men i have never seen before show up and one speaks very little English if any. They are both very slow moving so in addition to charging me 30 min for their trip it takes them at least another 30 just to get their boxes etc into my place. This is primarily due to the physical limitations of lead man. When they finish it has taken them 7.5 hours to pack about 30% less than the previous year where the guys finished in 5.5 hr. Again due to the fact that they are very slow more time is wasted in getting the materials back to their truck. In addition to this i am getting ripped off on both ends for the travel to and from the warehouse which is calculated at about twice the time it should take. I complained to the owner about my experience and was not compensated in any way. THE MESSAGE HERE IS AS ALWAYS, A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH ANY MOVING COMPANY IS NO GUARANTEE OF FUTURE PERFORMANCE!!!
