My family and I go there because the location is convenient, but the service is absolutely horrible. They have cereal listed on the breakfast menu, but everytime I try to order it, the waitress tells me they don't sell cereal at this location...so why put it on the menu? My family and I go every week for breakfast, and used to have a regular waitress, Robyn. We loved going there, but now she's gone and we get the most awful service everytime. Usually we have to help ourself to the coffee, or else we won't get any. One time we had to wait over 20 mins for service. The waitress came and apologized because she said someone was having a baby shower. When I looked at the party...it was a table of 5 women...not that many people to neglect us. We are thinking about meeting at Nacogdoches location from now on. It just might be worth the drive.
