After my third foot surgery I decided to seek Physical Therapy through Lori O. Marx, PT. at Kirkland and Novelty Hill Physical Therapy. The prognosis was that I would need to take it easy after the surgery for 3-6 months, and possibly not ski that winter. I was not happy about this.... When I met with Ms. Marx and explained my love of skiing and that I really, really wanted to be on the slopes, she took my emotions and physical needs under consideration. Ms. Marx developed a personalized Physical Therapy program that was aggressive, but cautious - allowing my foot to heal effectively. I was skiing by late November with no pain or swelling! \r
