I bought a garnet/diamond ring for my girlfriend, nothing excessively expensive but I did expect some level of quality.\r
first we had issues getting it sized properly and it needed to be sized twice.\r
After returning from being sized the second time, one of the small diamonds was missing and they didn't notice.\r
It was repaired (now about 3 weeks total time after purchase) and. my girlfriend finally was able to wear the ring. She had it for another couple weeks and another diamond fell out. It is currently being repaired for the second time. I don't complain about much, and this may be the exception as this jewler seems to have a pretty good repiutation, but I was pretty dissapointed in the product. I do have to say they seem to have good service which does count for a lot these days, but it will make me think twice about purchasing other products there.
