My fiance & I purchased two wedding rings here, but had to cancel our order the following day when we found out a family member was giving us their rings. Initially the store would only issue store credit for our purchase, but the director kindly offered to waive the store-credit-only return policy since we hadn't actually received or ordered anything yet.
The store has a nice selection of jewelry, and as our experience has taught us, is responsive to customer concerns.
