Okay, so I hired him to repair my home by replacing a support beam that was sagging. What a mistake!! He replaced the beam by jacking up my house in about one hour, cracking most of the walls on the second floor, so I let that go because I wanted it done and could barely get him to work on the house. Here is where my major gripe comes in, I paid him two thousand dollars to replace the beam and level the house, guess what, the house is still not level and sags in the same exact place!!!!!! I called and called him, he did say he could put another beam in a different place to fix it for additional cost and put a hole in some drywall to look inside the wall to see where it could be place and never came back!!! So I am out two thousand dollars and the house is even more damaged than before. What a terrible experience, I hope you don't ever have to deal with him!!!! He never offered a refund and won't fix the problem without it costing me more money!!!!!
Cons: everything about his work!!!
