Kowloon Chinese Restaurant (336) 724-6907 2255 Cloverdale Ave Winston Salem,NC 27103 When I called to order my food the girl was quoting prices that were different from their menu. I chose something different so it did not affect me. We made our order, and my friend went in to pick it up. We were using a coupon. When he came out with the food I said how much was it? The prices seemed slightly off so I checked them against one of the menus from their store that we got with the food. The two entrees that we got Sesame Chicken and General Tso Chicken were supposed to be $6.95 a piece, and they charged $7.15 each. The extra egg rolls that we got are listed for $1.10 each on their menu and they charged $1.20 each. Now that does not sound like much but if they do this to between 300-500 orders in a day that adds up to a lot of money! Who knows how many orders they actually do in a day. They are also charging tax on this wrong amount. I wonder what they are doing with the extra tax money? Maybe we should ask the IRS. Either they are stealing from every customer or their menus are false advertising. Also, the food was supposed to be spicy and it was not, at all. We were very displeased! :(
