We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. HORRIBLE service, on two separate occasions. I have purchased two items from there, both expensive. The first was a ring. I ordered a size 8 but apparently they didn't have it and knowingly sent me a size 6. I sent it back to get the proper size and it took over a month for them to get it to me. I tried to use them again to purchase a necklace while a watch was also ordered. The watch was on back order so it would not be in for a while but they did have the necklace so we asked them to ship it. They did not do this. Finally I was able to reach them again (they would never call me back after repeated messages) and they said they didn't know why it wasn't shipped yet and that it would be done that day. Since I was out of town that weekend, we had them ship it to that location because they specifically told us they would send it via next day delivery. The necklace never came. Finally, after I left, it arrived at the location, which resulted in a family member having to bring it to a postal service and to pay to have it shipped to me. I am exceptionally displeased with their service and will never attempt to buy here again. They clearly do not respect or appreciate their customers. They are quick to charge you for the items but have a habit of hanging on to the merchandise as long as possible.
