WE RENTED A MINIVAN WITH THEM, THEY GAVE US THERE OLDEST CAR CHARGED US THE MOST THEY CAN AND ON OUR TRIP THERE CAR BROKE DOWN, SO WE CALLED THEM AND ASKED FOR A TOW TRUCK, THEY WOULDN'T LET US TALK TO THERE MANAGER AND WOULDN'T EVEN CALL US A TOW TRUCK WE HAD TO CALL OUR OWN TOW TRUCK FOR THE MIDDLE OF NO WHERE.
