First, let me say that I have been very happy with the two haircuts I've received from this salon. But the overall experience was a disaster. For both appointments, I waited for more than a half an hour after my appointment time. The receptionists were not very gracious toward me during my wait. In fact, all of the staff I dealt with other than my actual hair stylist were rather unprofessional in their manner. Like I mentioned previously, the hair cut itself was great. Then it came time to pay. When I arrived at the front desk, on both occasions, products were already lined up, and the receptionist began her high pressure sell. Not a great way to end an already average service experience.
