JD Floor Store was one of several area flooring businesses my wife and I visited when we decided to replace our kitchen floor. From the initial visit through the final inspection, we received excellent service. They spent nearly two hours explaining the various options, and provided multiple samples for us to take home. When we needed another sample for comparison, JD kept the store open until I got there to pick it up. After we chose the floor we wanted, they worked with the manufacturer to get it here by the date we needed. The installation crew was professional, did a good job, and cleaned up as they went. Joshua Collins, the project manager, arrived as they finished and went over everything to be sure that we were happy. He checked back several days later to be sure that all was well. I've recommended them to several people, and will do so again without reservation.
