Review content:
I dress professional for my job, so I have clothes dry cleaned often. I brought a white shirt in for dry cleaning and received it back with pink pressed stains and a bubbled collar. I brought the shirt back to complain and I was told the owner had to get back with me. Well, over two months later (mid november to now - 1/19) no response. Still no owner available via phone or in person, nor a phone call back. First visit back the counter girl said the owner would call me the next day. Nothing. Each time I called the girl on the recieving end was completely unconcerned and had no suggestions. On the last visit to the store, I just wanted the shirt back to forget about the whole thing and the counter girl said I can only get the shirt from the owner as his office is locked when he's not there. Now how am I supposed to do that - given the previous? I left a handwritten note as a last attempt. I've never come across such an unconcerned, lack of customer service skills staff before.
