I contacted TKO Pest Control on 8/19/11. I wanted to give a small business in my local area a try as the big guys are too overwhelming with their sales pitches and false promises. I left a voice message on a Friday afternoon, and asked that they call me back ASAP. I walked away from my cell phone for 2 minutes and they had already called me back. As I was looking up the number, TKO was calling again. The lady on the phone was very kind and advised that they could be out the next morning. I asked her for some details on what they would do. She advised that Dave would call me back. I had a call from Dave within 10 minutes. Dave was very clear with how he would treat our ant problem in the kitchen, and what his warranty was. He was very ademant about how he backed his work. His prices were much better that the big guys. Dave was there as promised at 9:00 the next morning. The ants were gone in 1 DAY!!! TKO is our new exterminator. Give TKO a try!! Customer serivice does still exist!
