Review content:
My ""first time customer"" experience to the salon was last month during the holiday season. Nuphaze has a very convenient way to book appointments right on their website with their stylists, dates, and times available. I called beforehand and got clear directions on how to get there. Tynesha is a hair artist! I told her to ""clean up the back"" and she exceeded my expectations! No more split ends, my hair finally lays down the way it should in the back and actually looks healthy for a change! My only complaint is that when I was under the hair dryer, it stopped and no one came to check on me. It took a while for Tynesha to get my chair ready but there was someone getting a style in her chair before me so I understood. I appreciated the Christmas card and the discount coupon for another visit. Trust me, I WILL be back!
Pros: easy and convenient appointment booking, great parking, highly skilled stylists
Cons: located in a business complex so I had to search around a bit to find it
