I dont know what these other people are talking about but this was a terrible experience for me and there is a Better Business Bureau claim and a small claims court civil action pending. This all started when a very disrespectful service technician by the name of Mike came to the house. He could not take his eyes of my wife long enough to conduct his 5 minute inspection so after I asked him to focus he mumbled something and then continued. He did not find any bed bugs or insects but insisted that I need the service anyway. Since there were other good reviews I decided to go ahead with his recommendation. The appointment was scheduled, I took time off work and he never showed up. I rescheduled and he did not show up for the second appointment. I pre-paid for the service up front and have not received any money back despite several phone calls. I am furious and feel completed victimized. Please dont end up in the same situation.
