This place is like going to the doctor's office. You are overcharged for the services, you have to schedule your appointments in advance and then you show up and wait for them to see you but if you ever happen to be 8 mins late, they will refuse to see you. I went to HAIR M instead where there focus is more on retaining customers. I will be sure to pass on the word that this place is not worth patronizing. You definitely do get the ""NON SALON"" service here.
Pros: If getting overcharged is your thing....
