It all started as soon as I turned up to pick up my RV that I had rented. Firstly, they took the deposit and the entire rental fee up front when I made the booking. I turned up and I was shown to the oldest looking RV on the lot and was wondering if it was actually going to make it out of the place before breaking down. Terrible experience and I will never use them again. I am still waiting for my deposit of $500 to be returned even though they keep telling me ""the check is in the mail"". They never answer the phone and you can never speak to Kerinda who is the owner or something (the person who takes care of the checks). I have checked the better business and their membership was revoked in October 2007 so check out their website. I also checked with the State of Texas Comptroller website and their tax account is not in good standing as of today. So, check out their website as well.
Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: Absolutely everything.
