Businiess name:  Riverbend Sandler Pools

Review content:
We met with 3 pool companies before deciding on one to build a pool for us, one of them being Riverbend Sandler. We told them we wanted a geometric pool with no curves because it fit our style and that of the rest of the house. We do have a large backyard that has about 3 foot slope from the back of the house to the back fence. We met with them so that they could show us their design, and the pool had a big curve in it. It was also also placed very close to our house - when I asked why, the designer said because it is cheaper - then they don't have to grade the rest of the yard. Bottom line, we didn't care for the design but were very polite, told them what we would like changed, and told them when we were going to make a decision by. He said he would get back to us with an updated design. Well, we never heard from them again. So, my thoughts are that they do not want to put in the time to custom design a pool for a backyard that takes some thought. They just plunked some prefab plan they had into our yard hoping we would like it. We were not impressed with that. We are building a big expensive pool, and I would expect more service from the start. We obviously chose another pool builder.
