I just called to ask how much notice this place needs to alter a bridesmaid dress and the lady on the phone was snooty and rude. She spoke with an angry, annoyed tone. I would never do business with a place that gives such a first impression. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that this place is extremely unprofessional, and doing business with them would not be pleasurable.
Cons: was so rude on the phone that there is now way i was going to give her my business
