Diadem is a black women's dream come true! I no longer have to depend on perms or relaxers for hair management and reap the cost of the damage that it causes to my hair in the long-run. I can keep it natural if I want or change it up and get it curled or straight at Diadem w/o relaxers. My husband doesn't say"" what did they do?"" anymore when I would go to other salons but now he says ""wow that looks nice!"". I receive endless compliments in my church and neighborhood. It is professional with a warm atmosphere. It is no room for non-sense at the salon. You can go to any of their stylist and get great results. Nevertheless, you will always have your favorite, and mine is Shamika. She is always ready to answer my haircare questions and she knows her stuff. We also have other things in common as well. Lastly, you gotta try aleast once. Their new location will be fantastic for parking. I really love them and they are my dream come true for me and other women with coarse or curly hair.
Pros: Nice atmosphere, skilled & professional, good location, you name it.
Cons: Pricey but worth it.
