I always thought of Titus Will as a standard auto dealer who sold new and used vehicles. The day before Thanksgiving I was driving around and my Dodge Dakota started to overheat (my water pump was going out). I was near Titus Will and decided to pull into their service department to see if they could take a quick look. Not only did they take a quick look at my truck, but within 15 minutes I had a complete estimate of what it would take to get it fixed. The best part is that I had my truck back fixed the day after Thanksgiving! They earned my trust and my customer loyalty. If your vehicle ever needs service, I would recommend Titus Will's Service Department in a heartbeat.

I can not say enough good things about the customer service I received. Sano, I believe is a manager really worked with me and got me the most discounts he could. Wallace, my sales rep. was excellent! He answered all my questions and was very friendly. Shaena, in finance, was excellent. She was very personable and quick. (and pretty good looking too...always a bonus!!) All in all, I have recieved everything they said I would and now drive my new 2008 expedition! I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Wow, what great service. We were tired of looking and having a salesman push us to buy and then not wanting to give us a good deal. We found just what we were looking for, and none of the pressure. We got a great deal and got our asking price for the trade in. The sales team even figured out how to get our trade in- which was sitting at home 3 1/2 hours away- back to them without us making an extra trip. GREAT JOB guys and we will recommend you to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Have had one tire problem, tire was replaced, no charge other than new insurance on new tire. People and service you can trust.

I just purchased a new GMC from Rotter's and had the best service I have ever received from a car dealership. I will definately purchase my cars here again in the future and recommend to everyone I know. I took my 85 mercedes 300d to german engine service. It barely ran when it was cold, lots of shaking and smoking. After they did a tune up including a valve adjustment, it ran like a new car. Highly recommended.

After dealing with a certain department store's "geek" chain and being told I needed to buy a new computer, I called Computer Repair & Dispatch and they quickly found that I just had overheating RAM! They even got me a great deal on memory, cheaper than that "other" store!

I purchased a brand new Honda from Capitol City Honda, and they were the best price in western Washington. I didn't have any hassles, and ordered the exact car I wanted. It came in early, and they were easy to deal with. Very friendly service.

I’ve taken my last two GMC vehicles here for service and regular maintenance. Like any dealer, prices are a little higher, but I’ve never had a problem with bad service or repairs. It’s worth it to me to pay a little more and be sure that quality work is being done. They usually wash your car after servicing it too.
