I was referred to Mary Reynolds at VanDorm Realty in west olympia. I was a little skeptical at first because I had called other realtors to just get information on a property I had found and they immediately wanted all my information and what I was looking to buy and wanted me to use them exclusively to find the house that was right for me. But right now I'm not actively looking to buy RIGHT NOW. If I could find a good deal, I might move on it. When I called Mary, I gave her the address of the property and my phone number and what information I was looking for. She called me back with all the information I needed and I told her I wasn't ready to make an offer on the property just yet and I would need to talk to my boyfriend about it. She was very polite and told me that if she could help me at all in the future to give her a call. Most other realtors that I talked to insisted on following up with me and wanting to search for property for me right now but that's not what I wanted. I really appreciated Mary's understanding of my situation and her willingness to step back and let me make the call to her when I'm ready. She was also very prompt and attentive to getting me the information I needed.

We used this local title company when we recently re-financed our house. There were no problems and the process was very smooth and painless. Of course, there is a lot of paperwork and signatures necessary, but the staff person from Pioneer explained everything we were signing and seemed knowledgeable about the process and had clearly done it many times before. It’s nice to have confidence in the title company when you’re signing your life away.
