Review content:
I went in person to this location to secure a 4-wheel drive vehicle during the holidays, and the person at the desk PROMISED the vehicle without any hesitation. He assured me they had 4-wheel drive vehicles and said that if they didn't have one at the moment I needed it, they would get me a vehicle from the airport location. I called the day BEFORE I was leaving to assure they had a vehicle for me, and the same person told me they did NOT have a 4-wheel drive vehicle and could not get us one. Avis left us stranded! I will not rent from them again, because they don't live up to their promises. I was able to rent from Hertz!
