I have been a member for more than three years and this is a great neighborhood gym. The biggest plus for me is that it a couple of blocks from home and has pretty much everything I need. I also had a great experience working with one of the personal trainers who was extremely knowledgeable and dedicated and helped me achieve my goals. They also have a very good lineup of classes and many more than I initially expected. Contrary to some of the reviews here they were very flexible with putting a hold on my account recently when I made a request. One drawback is that it is a limited space but I hear they are expanding so that should not be a problem going forward. They also do a great job with regularly bringing in new equipment. I would definitely recommend this place.
